I am an AMFT, is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who offers a warm, welcoming space where clients can slow down, feel at ease, and show up as themselves. I aim to creates a supportive, judgment-free environment and tailor my approach to each individual, couple or family, believing that meaningful change grows through a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship.

 

I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. I  works with couples, individuals, and families to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and find greater clarity and balance. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive arts, and trauma-informed care.

 

With warmth and compassion at the core of my work, I help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with themselves and create lasting change.
